Editorial womenswear photographer based in London. Since graduating with a first class honours in fashion photography I moved to Beijing for 18 months to work freelance as a photographer, shooting for publications such as L'Officiel China, i-D, Schon!, Glass and many more. Since then, I have returned to London to continue working for both designers and publications internationally.
My role as Fashion Editor was extremely demanding and exciting, it taught me a great deal about working towards deadlines and using my skills as both a photographer and writer to produce image and digital worthy content each day. My role mainly involved coming up with concepts for a new fashion app that has launched in China called PAI. I was in charge of producing photographic content for the app, such as street style images for our daily news feed, in addition to creating style mood boards and articles on daily fashion news.
I worked in the Arts and Crafts department as a sales assistant. I learnt a great deal about high end customer service and Liberty as a prestigious and luxury orientated department store. I also learnt about the history of the products I was selling and took on tasks such as managing the yearly exhibitions. This was a part time job I would do on my time off from University.
I worked as a backstage runner for Bacchus PR during London Fashion Week. During this time I was a catwalk assistant and helped make sure the shows ran smoothly in addition to covering the backstage area where I would also help dress models.
Editorial Assistant. Writing articles both online and for print in addition to approving content for online. I worked closely with the editor, Raoul to work toward deadlines in addition to researching ideas for issues.
