I'm down to earth with a wide scope of experience in design, operations and content management.
I lead, but consider myself part of the team, happy to get involved with day to day work, as well as overseeing projects or creating roadmaps and communication strategies.
I've worked in print and service design, tailoring UI experience.
At present, I am part of the SMT for a creative studio working in elearning.
This requires great people skills, working with a global client base as well as development teams to implement change.
I have managed print, onscreen and logistics teams, working through processes with stakeholders, creating process maps that deliver auditable quality assurance. Process improvements were managed to increase production by 25%.
I people manage, design, understand strategy and am looking to be part of a great organisation that can see past everyone being a number.

As an LX Creative Media Manager, I am responsible for oversight of the day to day Studio operations, line managing and supporting Art Directors and Media Designers, as well as resourcing of suppliers and freelancers.
I provide creative leadership, advise and provide mentoring to the team, working out blockers, helping with brand and composition of material. Another aspect to the role is working with individuals to set and realise their goals of development.
Working closely with the rest of the SMT, I support team recruitment and onboarding, implement and improve creative processes, price graphics, budgets, and ensure quality across our projects.
Setting the roadmap for the studio, and creating MI to ensure the team is working efficiently and delivering high quality of content delivery.

Product owner of a globally used platform across CUP&A, managing staff in the UK and offshore interacting with internal stakeholders, ensuring the platform and UX experience provide a robust and customer driven service. I am a business facing point of contact, working alongside the development team to ensure the criteria for developments of functionality are clear.
I lead a team of Content and Distribution Controllers in the UK and off-shore, to process the delivery and QA of digital assets, and their distribution internally and externally, to printers or for epub. Prioritising and managing the workload of products coming to the team from across the publishing groups within the Press, I ensure control over the quality and cost of the service, while maintaining SLA targets.
Building close relationships and developing an understanding with the business groups supported is therefore critical to the success of my role.
