Running 3 hour sessions in water-sport sessions such as kayaking, canoeing and raft building.
Running 1.5 hour sessions in activities such as Abseiling, Archery, Rifle shooting, Orienteering, Quad biking, Fencing and Mountain trail.
Housekeeping shifts once a week, including bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
Group leader work, which was attending to the groups needs while on their stay. This included getting them ready for sessions, mealtimes and organising and running evening entertainment.
