  • My team look aUer the senior leaders of the firm (MDs and partners). We are responsible for Leadership Accelera7on Programmes, Growth Market Programmes, Lateral Hire Integra7on, Execu7ve and Communica7ons coaching (both internal and external) as well as client events and orienta7ons for new biennial promotes. My role is to support the team in the areas above, which involves crea\ng and maintaining living documents, building content for sessions, and managing office logis\cs like the budget for EMEA and on-boarding new vendors we work with. I improved the current system on our ShareDrive to help efficiency and then shared knowledge/best prac\ses with my ADP team as well; I have recently collaborated with another coordinator to develop a tracking & repor\ng template for all coordinators to use throughout the year aiding the year-end process in December. I work with a huge network on a daily basis including external vendors, my counterparts in New York and Hong Kong, internal staff across divisions and Con\nental Europe. From distribu\ng emails across the firm, to crea\ng project plans and infopolls, Since joining the firm, I have expanded my knowledge of an office environment and office soUware tenfold.

  • I was promoted to In-House Trainer, I was responsible for crea\ng a new Learning and Development programme and implemen\ng the training for all new Cast Members over 2 days covering Brand-Awareness, Disney Franchise, Standards of Service, as well as an in-depth sec\on on "Magic Touch" Disney's mystery shopping experience. This is an important stage in the induc\on because it reinforces The Walt Disney Company as a leader in diversified interna\onal family entertainment and media enterprise. I became the Ambassador for the store, demonstra\ng a high level of guest service, as well as leading by example for fellow Cast Members.

  • I served as an Ambassador of the United Kingdom in EPCOT, gaining global exposure, as well as sharing my culture with guests visi\ng from around the world. Within one month I became a Core Trainer in the pavilion, responsible for execu\ng a variety of training programmes for new Cast Members over a 3 day period. This role also included the development of current employees ensuring the training given was upheld by everyone.
