After 15 years in the Photography Industry I’ve had a brilliant career so far, working across many disciplines from my early days as a performance and portrait photographer before moving on to commercial, eCommerce, editorial and fashion photography through to, most recently, Heritage and Culture. I’m passionate about bringing my creative skill set to your table and doing what I do to help your business grow! Key Experience and Insight: - Setup and development of in-house studios and the management of independent commercial studios. - Studio team development, training and creative direction. - Brand identity safeguarding and adherence. - Up to date GDPR compliance. - Technical and creative strategic project and campaign planning. - Workflow/flight plan development for creative studio teams. - Producing creative eCommerce and editorial imagery for online retail platforms, social media and multichannel professional publication. - Quality assurance through regular reviews of studio operations, advocating best practice and improving technical and creative output.

  Castle Chocolates | 2020In September 2019 I was approached by a new artisan chocolatier opening in Carlisle, U.K. After shooting an initial range of products for their website Blackfell was commissioned to produce imagery for Castle Chocolates' social media and printed promotional materials. Fortunately, we also got to sample the products after the shoot!
• Secret Sales - Various BrandsA collection of favourite images from my time as Senior Photographer with Secret Sales (2016 - 2017). Design and aesthetics collaborator - Camy Delattre.
• Wren Kitchens - Winter Warmers 2017These images were created for the Winter Warmer recipe promotion in 2017, in collaboration with Linda Barker.
