Founded in August 2014, Meritus advises clients on a range of communications issues, including reputation and crisis management, litigation support and helping clients engage effectively with the media, government and policy makers.
We have worked for international companies and banks, partnerships and small businesses, governments, central banks, regulators, trade associations, universities, schools and individuals.
Much of our work involves advising discreetly behind the scenes at senior level on complex or sensitive communication issues. Where required, we also engage directly on behalf of clients with the media, government and other stakeholders.

Working as a junior consultant within a public affairs consultancy advising a range of UK and international clients across a wide range of sectors such as foreign governments, UK companies and global corporates, financial institutions and public sector bodies. Speech writing, preparing briefing notes, identifying relevant journalists for client relationship building and hosting meetings, pitching client content to media, crafting media friendly thought leadership, coordinating and accompanying clients’ broadcast media appearances e.g. BBC Today Prog, BBC Breakfast, Sky News Business, CNBC Squawkbox.
