Working on different projects in the areas of events, PR, sales and styling for several clients Fashion Cinematic – New fashion film agency Working on events and PR for on new fashion film festival Fashion Cinematic to be taking place in February 2016 at the Picturehouse Central. Responsibilities include sponsorships, social media and event logistics. Escapade Magazine – Print and online publication focusing on fashion Stylist on editorials, working closely with creative team to develop the look of the project, commission clothing, sourcing and borrowing items, dressing, arranging for items pulled to be returned after the shoots and making sure all people involved are credited and receive images. Sorapol – London based luxury womenswear brand Worked on events, PR and sales. Organised the SS16 show which took place at the Royal College of Surgeons. Took ownership of event logistics and timetabling, ensuring that the set up, execution and break down of event went smoothly. Assisted with promoting and marketing the event through sending out mail shots, working on invites and writing press release. Assisted on the SS16 wholesale campaign, compiling mailing lists, overseeing production of sales and promotional material, organising logistics of selling during PFW. Kleptopenguin – Young, up-and-coming singer songwriter Production manager and stylist working on music videos and other projects. Worked with director and creative team to prepare for shoot days and develop creative direction. Took ownership of production logistics and communication. Developed the look and style of individual projects, overseeing procurement and commissioning of clothing. Sidian Ersatz and Vanes – Mens shirt brand based in Nottingham Worked on the SS15 sales campaign for Sidian, Ersatz and Vanes during Paris Men's Fashion Week. Travelled to the Paris showroom to present the collection to press and buyers. In preparation purchased supplies, booked travel and accommodation, shipped collection to Paris and contacted buyers. Helped with set up, displayed collection, received buyers and press, took orders and contact details. Assisted with taking down and packing and shipping collection and show items back to the UK.
Position in a prestigious costume jewellery company responsible for matters including supply chain management, customs compliance, distribution, IT and telephony, health and safety, staff welfare and facilities. Production managed the photoshoot for the AW15 campaign images. Compiled the budget, sourced and procured the items for the set, props and clothing, oversaw the building of the set, set up the venue ready for day of the shoot and provided support on set. Provided the wholesale and press team with support throughout the AW15 sales campaign. Dealt with logistics of shipping collection and show materials to and from trade show venues in London, Paris and Milan and acted as point of contact between staff in the office, clients and the team abroad. After returning from market, assisted with following up on new leads, recording sales orders, dealing with product enquiries and returns, client communication and chasing payment. Assisting the press departments with lend outs, securely packing items for international transit, creating commercial invoices, booking couriers, communicating with stylists and arranging for return of goods. Main responsibility for the SS15 and AW15 seasons was to monitor the movement and allocation of goods from supplier to client and related communication. Responsible for customs clearance, producing paperwork and keeping records of all goods shipped. Automated creation of shipping paperwork to optimse the shipping process and introduced digitising new records of information, helping to speed up analyses expedite record inquiries. Assisted the company in claiming a rebate of 50% of duties already paid to HMRC. Liaised with HMRC, retrieved records from third parties to support the claim, analysed product movements to calculate rebate, filed for amendments for incorrectly recorded information and filled in paperwork for claim. Other duties include office management, health and safety, facilities and inductions. Additionally provided support to other departments including the press department, the accounting team and e-commerce team with ad-hoc duties.
