Setting budgets, raising purchase orders and ensuring invoices are paid, ensuring CRM is kept up to date, credit management of accounts in arrears and liaising with solicitors to manage legal action, diary management and liaising with contractors and stakeholders, building relationships with law enforcement and community agencies to assist in mediation of stakeholders involved with complex issues such as anti social and illegal behaviours.
