  Next IT recruitment websiteNext needed to hire 120 IT professionals before March 2016; Havas People created an digital media campaign that would drive traffic to the recruitment site that I produced. The project was briefed in mid-November and the site needed to be live by 14th December 2015; giving my team 3 weeks to develop a strategy, design and build the website. The website went live on time and has already had 10,000+ hits in its first month live.

Management of digital projects for recruitment marketing and employer branding. Working under Technical Director and Head of Digital Delivery. Duties included: Developing proposals and initial project briefs. Briefing projects to digital developers, creative team, and strategy team. Gathering of web assets for development. Populating websites through CMS (Umbraco, Kentico and Wordpress). Interpreting technical information for account executives, creative teams and clients. Managing development and creative resources and ensuring projects are completed by agreed deadlines. Working with and leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
