• Key event co-ordinator focusing on event planning, organisation and management in both Jersey and Guernsey for multiple events including B2B, B2C, corporate and sponsorship. Managing a team of up to 6 members.
• Working collaboratively with customer facing teams to ensure that we have targeted the correct customers for events.
• Event briefing to ensure that all members of staff attending are aware of our objectives. Also provided a detailed event evaluation to ensure future events are run seamlessly.
• Worked closely with the Managing Director and Head of Marketing and Sales to interact and build client relationships on the phone and in person at sponsorship and company events.
• Liaise with external companies to purchase and manage branded merchandise.
• Direct and Digital Marketing Campaign Manager.
• Develop and manage a communication plan for different market segments and campaigns including social media, PR and internal communication.
• Expanding our audience by copy writing press releases and having them published by press as well for print and the company website.
• Managing the company Word Press website as well as their social media channels.
• General ad hoc tasks such as managing our Google AdWords account, developing marketing literature and managing e-mail campaigns. As well as invoicing and graphic design for print, website and social media.
• Developing Workplace by Facebook and rolling it out to the company. While providing training to senior management, their subsequent teams and head office in Paris.
