• Designed and planned the event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
• Closely collaborated with the different organizers (U.S and Andorra Embassy in Madrid, Chamberi Valley Entrepreneurs’ Association, Endeavor Spain), and partners of the conference, coordinating all operation processes of the conference.
• Secured resources through fundraising and sponsorships to ensure the success of the event, from developing proposals to concluding sponsorship deals and implementation.
• Defined and Created the program content and calendar of activities: developed themes, topic discussion, speaker acquisition and ensured all program is reflective to strategic event’s objectives.
• Communications: created the content for all communications from the conference including mailing, social media, press releases, invitation letters
• Worked with sponsors, speakers and key guests to ensure outstanding compliance
• Analyzed the event’s performance and prepared reports and metric presentation for future event planning
