I’m a writer/director and editor with extensive experience in film and television production spanning two decades. My technical knowledge and precision to detail whilst editing enables me to successfully lead and manage the post-production department at Salt TV.
My management role includes post production quality control, overseeing freelancers, developing workflows for creative projects, securing all client media and assets, training and mentoring junior editors / line management and co-developing briefs and proposals.

I've enjoyed directing a number of films for Salt TV over my 3+ years at the company, and as their Lead Editor I have cut dozens of branded content films, for top clients, including HASBRO, Channel 4, CO-OP, Knight Frank, British Airways and many more.
My management role includes running and overseeing the post production facility of x8 edit suites, line managing and training a team of x2 junior editors and post runners, project quality control, creating workflows and much more.
Creatively I have worked extensively alongside the Creative Director, marketing department and designers to create green lit pitch treatments, and have worked on many successful projects from concept to completion.
