Shadee is a Brand Strategist, Business Strategist, Influencer Talent Manager and Sales Professional with 6+ years experience within the Social Media space.
A budding Entrepreneur, Shadee launched her own brand strategy consultancy named Lunar Light Consultancy from her apartment in South East London during COVID lockdown 2021, with the mission to empower Creative Start-ups, Fitness and Entertainment brands by providing; brand strategy, business support, sales and business development strategy, social media management and influencer marketing. During this time, Shadee has helped over 20+ influencers monetize their following and build scalable online businesses, from the comfort of their homes.
Following the success of the consultancy, in 2022 Shadee launched Lunar Light Talent, an Influencer Talent Agency focusing on the diverse female talent within the fitness and entertainment industry. This includes; uncovering talents niche, creating strategic content plans to match niche and target audience, representing talent and negotiating with brands, increasing talent’s social media engagement reach and storyboarding for talent’s campaigns.
