- Created conceptual designs and artwork. Designed website, icons, banners, flyers, promotional material, photographs, video content and anything that needed creative flare. Software included Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Canva.

- Worked across multiple projects which gave me good time management skills, recorded work using project management tools (Zoho Projects).
- Organised transport and accommodation from London to adventure location and from the accommodation to the activity site.
- Replied to enquiries through email, phone and in person. Sending information to customers about their adventure and making sure their needs were accounted for.
- Acted as a point of contact. Liaised with shops, guides, hotel managers and staff, and kept the rest of the team in the know. Organisation of equipment.
- Greeted customers, briefings about their adventure and provided help whilst on the activity. Planned and made evening activities happen. Took interesting action photos.
- File organisation and optimisation.
