Marketing & Creative Merchandising Trainee
• Supports Product Manager in the timely execution of new product launches, product re-promotes and events, in accordance with the global brand guidelines.
• Collaborates with the Product Manager to deliver industry insights and competitor research reports and analysis.
• Responsible for allocation and implementation of testers, samples, and promotional collateral for new launch and continuous programmes.
• Supports the delivery of the calendar of on and off counter activity and events to align to new and seasonal product launches or focuses.
• Research competitive pricing information to support the New Launch Pricing strategy.
• Works closely with Visual Merchandising Team to develop and send out merchandising for Tom Ford Beauty and supporting events, sites and new store openings.
• Works with the Tom Ford Beauty Product Manager to develop and manage regular information updates to store and field staff including a weekly newsletter, quarterly field update and bi-annual marketing folder.
• Reports on industry performance ranking using NPD system to inform wider HQ team.
• Researches competitor launches and brands that are relevant to Tom Ford Beauty to compile quarterly reports on the seasonal activity. Review and summarize the collection offering from a 360 perspective, noting the product line up, in store, online and social execution of the launch

• Demonstrate strong market awareness through regular store visits, monitoring retail trends and competitor products via pulse reports.
• Implements strategy/executes action plans based on market calendar for goal obtainment.
• Provides excellent communication and champion brand service to exceed personal sales goals.
• Creates and executes development plan with Counter/Market Education Manager for each Consultant: using effective management techniques to retain and motivate Consultants.
• Facilitates coaching between new Consultant and Counter/Market Education Manager.
• Meets/exceeds Clinique daily counter sales and standards through the Clinique Consultation.
• Participates in planning and executing special events and promotions.
• Builds a loyal clientele through follow-up contacts and creating/maintaining client relationships.
