Projects: 007 No Time to die Fast and Furious 9 Departments: Build, Creature and Crowd Duties: - Looking after a total of 96 Artist. - Responsible for managing artists schedule by updating Shotgun, ensuring artists submit their work for daily reviewed by supervisor, recording accurate, precise shot feedback and following up on it, chasing other departments for required elements need to process shots and assets. - Sitting in Sup reviews, tracking feedback and reporting to the VFX sup to make sure they signed off amended version before packaging up for the next step in the pipeline or client. - Taking client notes and liaising with VFX supes and Leads for shot information and feedback. -Making sure the correction information and feedback is feed back to the correct lead and HOD. - Assisting with overseeing Mumbai, Montreal and Vancouver schedule. - Reporting to the producer for general progress updates on projects and assisting were possibly in any changes or amendments needed to hit deadline or specific requests from the client.
