Shanice Hoo Mills stands at the forefront of the PR, marketing and communications industry as the Founder and Managing Director of Kallure, a distinguished 360° agency specialising in lifestyle and technology sectors. Her expertise encompasses delivering top-tier public relations services across international markets, with a focus on finance, technology, and consumer brands, whilst also delivering on DE&I and sustainability initiatives. Armed with a combined arts degree specialising in performance, journalism, and media, Shanice's academic background laid the foundation for her professional journey. Shanice began her illustrious career with Grounded Live in partnership with LinkUp TV, that’s where she gained valuable experience in organising music events and honed her skills through internships, including a notable stint assisting the Fashion Editor at Notion magazine.
Shanice's career trajectory is marked by her roles at global companies such as Vodafone, Grayling PR and Atomic PR, showcasing her versatility and adaptability in the communications field. She also led as the Principal Ambassador for the Social Capital Network, delivered by Editorial Intelligence and backed by Google. In addition to contributing to The Evening Standard's campaign “The Estates We’re In”, she further expanded her horizons by joining Citi Bank's Public Affairs EMEA team and earning her place in the esteemed Taylor Bennett Foundation PR programme.
As a dynamic and passionate speaker, Shanice often and eloquently addresses topics ranging from social inclusivity and race to mental health and the crucial impact of women in leadership. In addition to being Commander in chief at Kallure, she currently sits on the Strategic Youth Advisory Board (SYAB) for HM Prison and Probation Services, YCS, further showcasing her influence and commitment to meaningful change.
