- Minuting meetings, Managing the actions log, distributing minutes to the list of attendees, risk register management and other secretariat duties.
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert and policy expert to support projects and processes.
- Planning training and development opportunities, planning and executing regional meetings with a variety of stakeholders, arranging travel, managing recruitment campaigns, organising Directorate-wide events and being the main point of contact for related queries.
- Preparation of summary documents, creating presentations for projects, preparing briefs and agendas.
Key achievements: Creating a bespoke induction presentation for all new starters to the directorate and hosting monthly sessions, taking ownership of all induction resources, covering the Diary management function in a private office, supporting successful recruitment campaigns, supporting the first Directorate Away Day in 3 years.
