About me
Constructed image maker, photographer and videographer, looking to pursue a career in either photography, or the curatorial sector. I am an attentive learner, a detail oriented and organised worker, and a considerate and adaptable collaborator: I lead Communication Design's curatorial team at The Glasgow School of Art this year, putting on two shows including degree show, and writing each show's opening statement. My photographic skills, academic practice, and high standard of working lead to being nominated for the Newbery medal, a prestigious award given to the top graduating student. I have graduated from The Glasgow School of Art in BA(Hons) Communication Design with a First Class Degree.

Titled with an excerpt written by the muse of the Pre-Raphaelite Brotherhood

This selection of ongoing work conveys the power of a shared, creative space after a sustained period of absence: for the transference of ideas and skills formed in separation, and for the themes that have come to underlie and permeate
  • Daughter Cells
Daughter CellsFormed from questionnaires sent to mothers and their daughters, this moving image piece visualises the conventions of maternity and femininity, and their building conflict; heightened by the mother daughter relationship. Dependence, separation and mutual understanding underpin the piece’s narrative, which appropriates the biological language of mitosis and the iconic biblical imagery of Mother Mary to reveal the interstice between the primal and the social, and the heritage carried within this i
