Fledgling Arts collective central is an online and offline arts based charity encouraging participants to release trauma through creative expression. Participants share their art through poetry, photography, creative journals, film and music posted onto the Facebook page. My job as a volunteer manager is to use Facebook as a platform to interact with the team. I spend two days per week giving positive feedback to participants on their art work encouraging creativity, positivity and boosting the confidence of those who don't quite feel like they fit in.
