I aim to work with a dynamic and prosperous company in the domain of Fashion and PR as I feel I am ready to forge a meaningful and lasting career. I am an ambitious and worldly, well-rounded woman that possesses varied interests and speak two languages (English and French). I am in pursuit of an opportunities that relate to editorial Fashion/Accessories, PR and the creative. I am currently working at NoirLuxe as an Associate Producer of Digital and Social Media for marketing purposes, but am actively looking for a new opportunity as I feel the above is more suited to my passions. My background prior to this role includes working in a retail environment, visual merchandising with Fashion accessories (Pandora), working in an Educative environment (Secondary Education) - delivering workshops, conducting meetings and training sessions. I have been praised highly for my skills and use of positive Psychology in both Sales and Management consistently across the board.
Initially working as an intern as Assistant to the Artistic Director, I learned the ropes through shadowing and gaining insight in to the expectations and high-standard of all work produced. I was soon promoted to Associate Producer of Social Media which equates to taking part in strategy meetings, client meetings and producing brand appropriate social media content and interactions. This role requires close attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure as a part of a team and as an individual. Brands I have worked with include: - Malone Souliers - Question Everything Childrenswear (as found In John Lewis) - Feather and Coal (a bridal couture hairpiece company) - Feather and Bone (a bohemian Womens designer clothing label). I have also been involved as Assistant and Principal Stylist for e-commerce shoots for Question Everything and Feather and Bone SS15.
Working closely with Agents, Stylists, Clients and the Model to ensure that the aesthetic and outcomes of a campaign photoshoot are met. Creating the mood board according to the brief Archiving looks shot in copy and images for crediting purposes Organising and maintaining the borrowed inventory of over 150 items Liaising with several respected PR firms and brands in order to acquire unreleased look books and borrow samples Dressing the model, Edie Campbell Coordinating international and national shipping and returns of samples from over 50 different designers at a short turn around. Creating a security tracker using excel to allow insight in to the status of deliveries and returns. The shoot features in LOVE Magazine AW15 Issue p262-293,
My main responsibilities included producing leading sales completing weekly trade reports, KPI tracking, rotas, liaising with head office RE: Figures and maintaining the aesthetics of the store, ensuring all company wide practices and product presentation standards were upheld at all times. I am driven by results and enjoy seeing the impact of positive selling psychology and brand positioning on sales figures and performance.
