Key Responsibilities: • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages • Direct the Clients and the potential Clients to the appropriate staff member • Pick up, deliver and post out mail daily • Open, date and stamp all general correspondence • Plan and preparation of meeting both internal and external • Make preparations for Client and committee meetings • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies • Respond to public inquiries • Provide word-processing and secretarial support • Manage the well-being of the office with yearly targets and budgets • Manage and book Company and Client holidays • Maintain an appropriate attitude and presence at all times • Main keys holder and manager of the office opening daily • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations; • organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings; • producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations • Daily organisation and p.a duties for the chairman
• Working alongside management and security to ensure smooth running of the venue and event. • Guest list control • Artist liaison for all DJ’s and guests on the night.
• Daily meetings with the PR and merchandising team. • Attending all fashion related network events. • Managing the Internacionale wardrobe and running photo-shoots • Maintaining relationships with various stylist and celebrities. • Sourcing seasonal fashion looks for the website
• In charge of all visual and creative aspects within store • Demonstrates attention to detail when researching up and coming trends and company vision. • Managing a team to ensure all expectations are followed. • Weekly liaisons with all fvm/head office to ensure direction within store and head office are communicated. • Assumes overall management of various contract areas, including supervising, management and store set ups. • Consistently provides support to various stores on model set ups. • Working alongside FVM teams to ensure there is a balance between visual and creative. • Keeping up with all store and company bestsellers to ensure maximum profit • Currently hosted model store set up 2013. • To work with the buyers, do a complete floor layout of new merchandise, maintain the standards of the store, replenish merchandise when needed, and make sure all the signage in every department is correct, in addition to making sure the in-store displays and windows are clean and presentable. • Monthly meetings with head office team to ensure all visual and creative direction is correct. • Ensure maximum profit within company and stores.
