    • Created weekly store communications, inclusive of information and direction for promotional events, campaign launches and store event management. • Evolved all store communication packs to be accessible on tablet devices when the business rolled out tablets to all stores to support agile working. This meant simplifying the format and design layout - introducing interactive buttons and hyper-links. • With COVID 19 impacting the way of working for stores and the need for simplified communications being paramount, re-designed the format for use on mobile devices and reviewed content to capture only what was of high importance. • Ensured store communication packs were up to date, highlighting any business critical changes so that they were clear for store colleagues and enabled smooth implementation. • Created print ready artwork for promotional events. • Retouched assets and art-worked creative for press, digital media and social posts. • Designed a visualisation tool to enable management team to fully visualise the in-store customer journey on a weekly basis. • Introduced a new print library to stores, with the objective of aligning the visual projections across brands within the store environment and across the full estate. This included a 30 store trial - images were captured and utilised to ensure clear, concise communication and consistency. • Requested photos of promotional event implementation from stores on a weekly basis and created weekly documents which were used to analyse the print collateral and implementation and in turn optimise future events. • Coordinated with all teams within the marketing department to ensure the review of high street competitors was delivered to a high standard on a weekly basis. • Orchestrated the in-store promotional library by creating referral documents and a keep/dispose document • Supported the briefing of in-store print to suppliers and the proofing of POS before being sent to print.
