Role: To take a lead on company management, finances, marketing, office administration and support the development of the organization in conjunction with the Artistic Director Responsible to: Artistic Director Contract negotiation: negotiating and approving new contracts with partner organisations and funders in collaboration with project managers. Project management: managing touring productions and all aspects of the programme’s delivery including: recruitment and contracting, scheduling tour co-ordination, venue liaison, and, in collaboration with the Production Manager, supporting technical requirements as needed. Development: working closely with the AD to create and implement a development strategy for the company; including compiling research for appropriate funding sources and taking the lead on developing funding applications where appropriate. Scheduling: responsible for managing schedules and ensuring that resources are in place to support activities. Finance: responsible for compiling management accounts and reporting to the AD monthly and to the Trustees quarterly. Also responsible for producing financial monitoring reports for funders. IT management: responsible for managing all online systems and databases, being the first point of contact to IT specialists and provide the team with IT support in all Microsoft programmes. Recruitment: supporting Artistic Director (AD) with recruitment and take responsibility for freelancers, ensuring all contracts are in place. Marketing: developed and implemented a marketing strategy for the organisation. Responsible for the design, production and distribution of promotional material. Website & Social Media: leading on website maintenance and development and Immediate Theatre’s online presence on social media platforms. Volunteer management: responsible for managing volunteers and ensuring they achieve their outcomes.
