My work experience is focused on web/visual design, and team-project management. I also have experience in photography and image retouching. My focus is on developing solutions that are visually appealing and in consonance with the vision and values of the company. I have all the necessary skills to direct a given project from first idea through conceptual development and design to final product and its delivery.
Some of my strengths are:
- Great capacity for team work, adaptability and problem-solving ability. I have been part of different teams, both under the Art Director orders and being a Team leader and Project manager myself. My work as a leader has led a disorganized group to a successful and efficient team. I have achieved this by putting the team as a priority above one individual, and by trying to balance a good environment with a strong leadership where the ideas and the arguments go on the same direction, resulting in high productivity and practicality. This way, we (as a team) have always managed to be at the top in terms of performance, with objective measurements.
- Proactivity. The work comes out of oneself. If time is available, I use it to seek for new lines of work, or to improve projects or even areas where I could be stronger and consider useful for my job.
