About me

Hi, my name is Shauni and I am currently in my third and final year at Uni in Somerset, UK. I'm enthusiastic about design and enjoy a good challenge, I believe in keeping an open mind with just about everything design or not design, an open mind enables me to explore new things and keep learning. I am currently working on a project with a tropical theme, I am exploring textures of the rainforest to enhance the final outcomes.

• Wedding CommissionThis commission was for a couple who had approached me, they asked me to do the chalkboard for their wedding, one side was a poem for the guests to know they were welcome to sit on either side during the ceremony, the other side was a poem to say thank you to their guests for joining them in celebrating their marriage.
• Wedding Gift CommissionThe groom of the couple who asked me to do the chalkbaord for their wedding approached me seperately to write on a pair of converses he had bought his bride for her wedding gift. Both, the chalkboard and the shoes were out of my comfort zone, I never thought I would do handwriting commissions, I was very impressed with both results considering they were my first.
• Art for LifeI was approached by Art for Life to come up with a design for them to use for privacy issues they had at Musgrove Park Hospital. I was asked to do line drawings so it was able to be cut out of frosted Vinyl to make the Physiotherapy Gym doors more private from the view of the road.
