  • • The spokesperson of style within the store to help boost product sales and create brand awareness • Use companies strategies to strengthen the customer-product and service relationship. • Give styling ideas to Sales Professionals to use as selling tools to customers. • Is the sounding board for my colleagues when they inquire about inspiration on styling ideas for their clients. • In-depth knowledge of the latest fashion, clothing and lifestyle trends. • Make recommendations as to what fashion choices will best suit the clients image • Shares ideas with management regarding new ways to market the brand to the branch customers • Teach the staff how to match products and the client’s style of dressing to the image they wish to display. • Guide the staff to build their styling capabilities so they can successfully sell to the style driven client. • Ability to generate innovative ideas that convey the company's fashion history and heritage. • Reviews all current fashion magazines, websites and social media to create a binder and collage to guide the staff on new trends for the season. • Help to launch the company’s new products and designs within the branch. • Partnered with Management to distribute learning modules and conduct styling tools for in store meetings. • Coordinate Sales and Operations department efforts to maximize special style events held in and outside of the store • Conduct product training for staff on an ongoing basis • Help the sales staff to plan and implement different looks to highlight our jewelry on the correct attire in the customer’s wardrobe.
