Setup the brand new studio
Responsible for budgeting and planning to future proof the photographic studio
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day running of the studios
Manage and coordinate the production process which include, steaming, packaging, shooting and editing.
Manage and coordinate the photography of the Hochanda website and for packshots required for live television viewing.
Liaise with all product related departments for prioritising and quality control of images taken on site and from the suppliers of the products.
Accountable to the output and efficiency of the production/photographic process
When not shooting in the studio I am responsible for expanding my skill set by shadowing the production team in the production gallery with the sound technicians and directors.
Plan and schedule production according to the seasonal demand
Improve and strengthen the production work-flows. Currently I do this through actions in photoshop and lightroom.
