I started my career in Fashion Buying 15+ years ago. I have held senior positions at TK Maxx, River Island and Gap Inc, across Buying and Wholesale. As my teams scaled my experience expanded into PR, Marketing and E Commerce, to deliver a 360 approach to running businesses. I understand the mechanics of how a business works and what type of person it takes to pull it off. With a long history of innovation, I’ve Project managed a number of exciting collaborations including TK Maxx for Comic Relief with Liberty of London and Roland Mouret dress collections for Gap Inc.
The human element of all my roles, whether that be building a team from scratch or creating new cultures and ways of thinking, has always been at the heart of all my roles. Fostering a positive working environment is crucial to me, as is sourcing the right personalities to complement every team.
