Shirley is an award-winning French Edinburgh-based freelance illustrator and urban designer.
She has a passion for promoting diversity as a way to celebrate her multiple cultures, through the warm, lively scenes and characters she crafts. With a dash of humour, she designs her illustrations as captures of the small moments that make life beautiful.
Illustrator winner of 2021 FAB Prize, her work has been described as having " a great sense of fun and energy. She combines colours effortlessly and her bold style leaps from the page. In June 2022, Shirley was awarded a Create:Inclusion Grant for artistic development by Creative Scotland. Always learning, Shirley is now a Pop Up Project’s Pathways Plus mentee!
