• Working alongside Head of Design to create seasonal collections; sourcing and designing trims
and fabric. Finding new ways to update classic products as well as creating additional key piec-
es for RTW collection
• Calculating what is needed for SMS and ordering accordingly, ensuring lead times are taken
into account and fall in line with Critical Path
• Working alongside Production Assistant to create Dockets from Design Packs for factories
• Visiting our UK factories on a regular basis and liaising with them remotely to ensure sample
time line is adhered to. Troubleshooting possible delays efficiently and quickly, ensuring SMS
deadline is met
• Working alongside Creative Director and Head of Design to create the vision for photoshoots,
videography and e-commerce shoots. Organising Models, Extra products, Studios, Photogra-
phers and Locations
• Being responsible for Interviewing, selecting and overseeing Design Intern
• Organising Seasonal stand at Pitti Uomo show. Designing cost effective layout and sourcing
props to go along with collection. During Pitti Uomo, meeting Wholesale agents and Buyers
alongside Sales Director; discussing Vision, Fabrics, Direction of Collection and Prices.
• Organising and Attending Fit meetings
• Writing copy for online product descriptions
• Visit the Gloverall warehouse on a weekly basis to do fabric and trim stock takes, creating a co-
herent fabric and trim library for London HQ and Warehouse; consolidate historical trims. Find ways to utilise existing fabric and trims into designs. Collate items needed from dockets for design packs to go to factories
