    • Responsible for maintaining & growing company’s Harrods presence on social media platforms through developing various expansion strategies. • Prepared and executed creative social media contents to ensure latest developments and new product releases are communicated with our existing clients. As a result, whenever there is a product launch, 70-85% of the new products are sold on the same week generating over £30,000 from sales. • Co-producing social media visibility strategies with Harrods Beauty social media management team to expand our online visibility to potential clients in the UK market. Following the expansion strategies on social media, the products sold to the UK clientele increased considerably. • Generated sustainable communication channels with our clientele through their preferred channel by utilising CRM automations to communicate new releases, upcoming events and to ensure customer satisfaction. • Identified potential supply & product issues and communicated these with head office & Harrods buyers to prevent lost sales caused by out-of-stock inventory. • Ensured the generation of weekly sales reports, maintenance of inventory records, as well as set up of sales targets achieved.
