About me

Hello! My name is Silvia, born and raised in Mexico, with two bachelor's degrees in the communications field (Image and Media Production). I love all kinds of creative work, but most of all, to understand how all our means of expression also give meaning to our society and culture. I'm currently studying an MA in Brands, Communication, and Culture at Goldsmiths University. Since I have a Tier 4 visa at the moment, I'm looking for an inclusive, part-time job, to develop my abilities or brand management or media production. Hopefully for the future, a place where I can stay to work after my graduate degree.

  "The Flowers of Longing" (Las flores que no puedo ver) - Student Short FilmThe story of Dalia, a girl that discovers the unusual and magical way she and her family experience love. The Flowers of Longing is a student short film written, produced and distributed by a team of college students from Universidad de las Américas Puebla (UDLAP) on December 2019. On January 2020, the film started its journey through national (Mexico) and international film festival. Today, it has 11 official participations.
