- Control and daily analysis of online marketing performance across the different channels (including SEM, Display, Paid Social) - Create reports on key KPIs and aggregated information (including by country, by channel and by user behavior) - Provide recommendations and strategies for improvement in performance to Channel Owners - Define monthly budget allocation, targets and strategy for online advertisement in the African and Asian area - Coordinate global campaigns across the different channels - Collaborate with design team to create high-quality content for advertisement - Support in the development of best practice through AB tests - Coordinate the online marketing team process and communication with local teams
-Build long term technical setups for the Channel -Ensure harmonization of all campaigns across 35 countries (Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe) -Develop performance management tools -Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 countries (optimization of campaigns, drive performance, analysis, reporting, communication) -Monitoring and manage the budget for the channel and assign it to the different sub-channels -Lead and organize the Facebook Paid Marketing team creating common processes and best practices -Manage the relationship between the Channel team and third parties as first point of contact -Align the strategy of the Channel with the overall strategy of the company
