I established and lead a trustworthy design team in a fast paced activation agency that was growing bigger and better.
I'm involved in all the pitches and high profile clients projects, raising the standard of the output.
I strongly believe in collaborating with the creative teams and build trust between the creative and design department. I advise and support creative teams on design direction and production.
I've grown my team in numbers and from strength to strength, guiding juniors to progress with their career.
