Following a successful 3 month internship, I joined this new company within the Maxim World group. As the sole designer I played a key part in establishing, then building the brand and over the past 2 years have been responsible for both print and web design work. Web design work included weekly newsletters, monthly website homepage and social media content. While for print I designed product catalogues, press releases and vouchers. Also responsible for photography meant preparing product shots, coordinating photoshoots and retouching final images. This varied workload gave me an understanding of how to effectively manage responsibilities and ensuring strict deadlines were met. While office tasks such as dealing with customer enquires, organising deliveries and managing some company accounts also gave me further understanding and experience in building client relationships and financial management of budgets and resources.
