I am passionate about making superb imagery for strong ideas.
My role is a cross disciplinary one, between clients, photographers and designers. I sharpen concepts into strong campaigns and imaginative imagery for all manner of platforms.
I have over 15 years of international art direction experience creating original, visually strong content.
I draw on a deep knowledge of design, advertising, photography, cinema, animation and fine art to create contemporary and culturally rich ideas.
I have proven project management skills, am able to run budgets and teams for long or short-term projects. I excel at leading teams in still and moving image creation on set or location using knowledge and skills gained from years of production.
My work has led me around the globe building long-term client relationships.

- Images on Construction theme for Getty ImagesConcept, art direction and photography for Getty Images. The ongoing worldwide development of city centres continues with no forseeable reduction in speed or spread. This double edged theme has been a calling for me for several years. Here is a selection of images from July 2020.
- The West IDespite cattle ranchers in Colorado enduring the worst draught in recent memory, the traditional skills of Cowboys are being kept alive in branding season. Roundups are part of daily life with everyone pitching in on each other’s herds to speed the process up and keep everyone safe. I studied graphics, photography and film surrounded by talents such as Jonathan Barnbrook, (Barnbrook), David Ellis (Why Not Associates), Angus Hyland (Pentagram), Phil Baines. I collaborated with Peter Cattaneo (Dir The Full Monty), Lance O'Connor (Aerofilm LA), Chris Dudman (Robbers Dog NZ), Pete Salmi (Bark Fims).
In 2015 The Royal College of Art was voted 'The Best Art College in the World' in the QS World University Rankings. It was as good then as it is now.
