Projects
  • Mark Warner brochures
Mark Warner brochuresWhile working at Mark Warner, one of my main responsibilities was to produce the annual Ski and Summer brochures. This involved designing the layouts and producing cover designs. I also handled the production, including liaising with other departments (Finance, Flights, Childcare, Activities etc.). This also included art direction of photoshoots and liaising with printers, negotiating costs and attending press passes.
  • WIX website for local artist
WIX website for local artistI recently put together a Wix website for a local artist, Amy Huitson, creating the lifestyle mockups and setting up the gallery and online shop. I briefed the client on how to update and maintain the website themselves, but I'm always available if they need any help. If you need a WIX or WordPress site created from scratch or would simply like a refresh of your existing site - please get in contact.
  • Social media videos
Social media videosVideos and animated GIFs for social media (facebook, instagram & google) campaigns, produced for Mark Warner, using Photoshop and After Effects and Premier Pro.
  • Chalet Lena
Chalet LenaThe owner of of this exclusive, new (opened 2020) chalet in St Anton, approached me to produce the branding. I sent them several ideas from which they chose this handwritten style script. I sent them several different colourways before they settled on the rose gold colour. I also arranged a photo and video shoot for the owner.
  • Brothers of Tignes
Brothers of TignesBrothers of Tignes is a support group for men living in Tignes, France – raising awareness of mental health, suicide being the biggest killer of Men aged 18-45. When I heard my friend was setting up this group, I was keen to get involved in anyway I could. He asked if I could design a logo for him to use on social media and a poster displayed in resort. A calendar is also in the pipeline to raise some money for MIND UK and support events in the resort.
  • Mountain Spa Residences
Mountain Spa ResidencesThe owner of this new hotel and restaurant, located in St Anton, Austria asked me to produce new branding to reflect the exclusive nature of the new property. I also produced designs for the uniform, stationery and signage.

    Design ManagerMark Warner
    London, United KingdomFull Time
I joined Mark Warner for the new in-house role of Design Manager, having excellent knowledge of their brand as I had previously worked for their design agency. Initially responsible for managing the design and delivery of all print collateral from brochures, mailers, stationery to in-resort items, such as signage, posters and menus etc. Providing professional design experience and guidance as the brand guardian. My role grew to include advertising (print & online), along with other digital artwork for website and social media. I attended WordPress and Adobe video editing courses to bring more work in-house and further reduce external agency costs. Managing photoshoots, from sourcing photographers to art directing and styling, lifestyle and interior shoots on location. Cataloguing, retouching and archiving images for use in the brochures, advertising and website. My role oversees the smooth delivery of all design output, consistently developing original, creative designs that encapsulate Mark Warner’s brand values to help them stand out from their competitors.

I was fortunate to join the London Borough of Greenwich shortly before they became a Royal Borough. It was a great experience, working on the coat of arms and new identity for the Royal Borough. The Borough also hosted part of the 2012 Olympic Games and it was an honour to be involved, designing various items to inform and educate residents, in the lead up to the games. Leading on key graphic design campaigns and brand development projects such as promotional material, brochures, adverts, exhibitions and events. Maintaining a coherent and effective corporate identity across print and electronic media and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective design solutions.

    Creatives behind the lensecorbis images
Creatives Behind the Lens originated in Paris when photolibrary Corbis France teamed up with the French Art Directors Club to invite people from the creative industry to submit their unpublished photography work. Corbis launched a UK version last year. For the 2006 UK competition, entrants were invited to submit up to four previously unpublished photographs to be assessed by a panel of judges consisting of: Siri Vorbeck, director of creative imagery EMEA, Corbis; Neil Lankester, creative director, Ogilvy Design; Jonathan Hubbard, creative director, Interbrand; Coneyl Jay, photographer and Patrick Burgoyne, editor, Creative Review. The judges chose 35 images which were then exhibited in London in July.
