- IX OpenIndex Exchange’s first ‘non-conference’ conference held at the Miami Edition Hotel. To promote their brand values, Index Exchange wanted their first executive summit to showcase captivating content and promote engaging conversations between media buyers, publishers and industry leaders. From the moment the client arrived on site, to their last cocktail at the airport, every touch point was considered, utilising every opportunity, to make an engaging and lasting impression on guests. Influenced by the opulent setting of the Miami Edition Hotel, we developed a visual identity that reflected the subtleties of the Index Exchange brand.

As a Senior Producer I was in charge of the operational delivery of projects along with developing both client and supplier relationships.
I was responsible for both small and large scale projects from concept through to delivery, including event delivery onsite. I interpreted briefs, developed timelines, produced budget estimates for projects and ensured that project development ran smoothly, efficiently and to a defined process. Within the role I facilitated technical, design, creative and strategic staff to execute the project within the specifications outline by the client.
