About me
For over three years I worked as a writer for Gamereactor, one of the largest European based gaming magazines. I wrote news, previews, reviews, articles, translations, press trips and did blogging. By meeting and speaking to PR managers I developed an interest for that side of it, too. The texts were published in both the printed magazine and on the website, reaching over 350 000 readers each month. My work has also been translated from Swedish into other languages and published in Gamereactor Germany, Gamereactor Spain and Gamereactor UK, among others.
When it comes to presenting companies in the best possible light, I have extensive experience. I am currently working full-time as a Project Consultant for Pursuit Marketing, where I deal with telemarketing for two of their big tech clients.
Apart from this, I have also worked as a customer service agent for a year and a half. As a customer service agent at a call centre in Sweden, my daily duties included speaking to customers over the phone (both incoming and outgoing calls), answering emails, chatting and selling products. This was done in both Swedish and English. Since I took between 100-300 calls and answered 75-200 emails each day, I learned how to deal with multiple projects at once. I became very good at reading people and this sometimes meant being firm to customers when the situation called for it. I am good at listening and to adapt to different situations.
