To using ESP software to create and deliver email campaign for EMAP brands portfolio’s. • Utilise WordPress CMS (Content Management System) to edit, upload and publish editorial newsletter contents. • QA process in troubleshooting HTML email rendering issue, proofing and testing email campaign. • Other responsibilities include data imports and export requests, reporting on campaign, A/B testing etc. • Developed strong knowledge of HTML and CSS to build and edit HTML email templates

    • Responsible for managing all of EMAP 3rd Party Solus email campaigns across 12 brands portfolio and some in-house emails. This includes leading brands such as Retail Week, Retail Jewellery, Draper, Architect’s Journal, and Nursing Times etc. • Solely managed and oversee more than half a million pounds worth of email advertising revenue for EMAP • Managed each stage of the email production lifecycle. From scheduling and planning emails, to email approval process, QA testing and deploying email campaigns. • Ensured the Solus email calendar is regularly maintained and updated to plan and schedule email campaign. • Liaising with sale, client and other key stakeholders to manage the email approval process from receiving the final artwork to set up and deploying email marketing campaign. • This also includes QA (Quality Assurance) testing & debugging within the ESP (Email Service Provider) platform and utilising Litmus email previewer to ensure email is delivery across all email clients and device. • Other responsibility includes carrying ad hoc duties for the Adop department such as producing email marketing report etc.
