During this fixed term contract I reported directly to the 'Head of Marketing Communications'. I Managed a variety of multi-channel B2C marketing communications from concept through to delivery and analysis. As a more senior member of the communications team I also shared my experience and provided direction to the marketing team and wider business.

During my time as Head of B2C Marketing Communications I reported directly into the 'CEO of Stored Value' and 'Head of Digital'. I managed the B2C Marketing Communications team (three direct reports). I was responsible for developing and implementing the B2C marketing communications strategy, whilst overseeing all multi-channel consumer marketing communications. These communications targeted customers at various consumer life-stages (acquisition, growth, retention, and reactivation) and KPI's were attributed accordingly inline with the overall marketing and company strategies.
