- Marketing responsibilities: researching and reporting on external opportunities, understanding current and potential customers; developing the marketing strategy and plan with a particular attention to social media and online foodie networks (Zomato, Yelp, Tripadvisor, Urbanspoon etc); managing budget; writing copy, organising photo shooting and approving images, developing guidelines and refitting the websites
- PR responsibilities: maintaining relationship with bloggers, journalists, food critics and opinion leaders; organizing charity, opening and press events, dealing with VIPs.
