I have been working for over 7 years as a graphic designer and freelance illustrator after graduating from the Polytechnic University of Turin (Italy) in Graphic and Virtual Design.
I have worked both as a freelance and in a studio environment, collaborating with various graphic studios, newspapers and magazines such as: The Lancet, New Scientist, l'Espresso, La Stampa, Il Corriere della Sera, de Volkskrant and Vogue. One of my recent jobs was to create the cover and main illustration for a book made by Sebastien Rey, lead archaeologist of Iraq scheme at the British Museum.
I have worked with many graphic agencies, developing ideas and concepts for projects that involve branding strategies, digital campaigns and editorial design. I am used to work within a team alongside marketing directors, brand managers, web developers, artists and video editors.
I have good autonomous organizational skills and can deliver excellent quality artworks with minimum supervision.
Through out my experience as a freelance graphic designer and illustrator, I have developed confidence in achieving multiple deadlines and I am used to manage various projects for different clients simultaneously. As I have been working with newspapers and weekly magazines, I am also used to tight deadlines and enjoy the intuitive impulse that it gives me.
