Being the gatekeeper between the Brand Director and all other departments. Managing expectations, juggling complex relationships and meeting schedules. Responsibilities include: • Working closely with Brand Marketing, Retail Marketing, Press, Events and Creative teams. Liaising on pro-jects, budgets, managing timelines and making suggestions of potential up and coming talent or potential brand activity. • Assisting the Press and Events team on all Mulberry events, including London Fashion Week, Retail events and collaboration launches. • Building strong relationships with outside agencies, talent and other key stakeholders. • Coordinating different stakeholders at all different levels. • Assisting on major brand activity including working from start to finish on the Cara Delevingne collaboration. From the initial design meetings to the launch event at Wilderness festival. • Producing board level presentations. • Managing A&P and HR budgets. • 24/7 diary management. • Inbox management. • Managing international travel – accommodation, Visa’s, passports and travel services. • Running personal errands. • Managing the recruitment process of all new hires within the Brand team. • Organisation of Brand team away days.
