About me

I'm a Multimedia Journalist and Social Media Manager with Roman Road LDN. I am comfortable writing as I am creating audio and video pieces - so when I'm not working for Roman Road LDN magazine in East London, you can find me editing podcasts one day, and writing a news article for The Observer the next. I love finding a good story lead, investigating it by speaking to others and good old Googling, and putting together an emotive, compelling narrative. All of my work is bound together by a focus on journalistic storytelling - with a need to explain and inform audiences about the world around them. I'm currently a Freelance Podcast Producer for Apollo Mag and The Conversation. My written work has also been featured in The Observer, The Spectator and Southwark News.

• 'Friendship over fear': Manchester man shows solidarity with local mosqueI interviewed a man who went viral for his show of solidarity in the aftermath of the Christchurch shootings in New Zealand. This article was one of the top 5 most read stories of the day and was shared widely on social media.
