As award manager I was responsible for the delivery and project management of the D&AD awards focusing on key areas including judging and category development.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations management and scheduling for the 2020 D&AD Awards (UK and US)
Managing the recruitment, onboarding and governance of the awards juries
Research, onboarding and management of award judges
Utilising personal networks to source new judges from underrepresented backgrounds.
Driving research, analysis and evolution of designated awards categories to facilitate product development
Designing and executing communication strategies for awards team across various platforms
Budget management and forecasting including research and cost analysis for category development

Project Management with an additional understanding of Product Management in concept but not execution.
