I have over seven years experience working in the advertising, communications and events management sector and my main focus always remains on achieving client satisfaction at every given opportunity. My experience working as an Event/ Project Manager for numerous different companies has allowed me to develop my logistical planning skills and I feel confident when it comes to formulating and executing strategies that will maximise results and lead the way in brand development. Planned and delivered the on-trade Boutique Beers and Ciders event at the British Summer Time VIP Garden, Hyde Park, with over 700 customers and 200 exhibitors. Produced the 'The Drinks Emporium', Matthew Clark's annual tasting event in London; a Victorian Circus themed event for up to 1300 customers and 400 suppliers as well as the 'Uncovered' regional tasting events in Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh for up to 1000 customers and 300 suppliers per region. Key responsibilities: • Developed, managed and delivered the event plan of all four tasting events • Developed the creative concept and sourced the props for the wine, spirits, beers and softs categories for the London flagship and regional events • Worked with key internal stakeholder groups such as Regional Sales & Marketing Planning Managers, Product teams, Design teams and Regional Managing Directors to ensure their objectives are being hit • Key contact for venues, AV, props houses (Theme Traders), caterers, bars production (Peppermint) • Developed sponsorship opportunities to provide income for the event • Managed budgets and maintained timelines and priorities • Managed set up, on the day and de-rig of all the events
