About me
I am an experienced and versatile professional with 13 years of working in Advertising, Communications and Event Management. I am capable, have a creative flare and always approach complex co - ordination with a proactive approach, working well under pressure. My main focus is to ensure all operations are planned and marketed effectively, deadlines are met, staff are managed efficiently and most of all, client satisfaction is always achieved. Whether it be working within agencies or in a freelance capacity, I am adaptable, reliable and tend to hit the ground running. Renowned for my personable approach to dealing with clients from all different nationalities and calibres, I am also known to work efficiently in fast-paced environments where the art of preparation and organisation always pays off. I believe that all client requirements should be met in a timely fashion and to achieve high working standards in the workplace; I often find it is important to start with the team. As a manager, I understand the importance of team motivation and my experience with other reputable firms has taught me how to manage company accounts efficiently and lucratively by planning for, and organising all areas relevant to the development and execution of new and existing projects. My managerial experience to date has enabled me to learn effective means of co-ordinating multiple projects simultaneously, communicating with all internal and external departments to ensure targets are met and deadlines reached, manage the successful delivery of projects/campaigns, control budgets and in addition, I have developed outstanding organisational and administrative skills. Research and analysis is vital for keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market positioning and in my most recent role, I successfully managed and developed the music partnership with Ministry of Sound, organised and implemented a Winston workshop for one of the client’ biggest markets and developed engagement activation ideas for global toolkits, covering all channels. Often described as a dedicated and approachable team player; I am used to meeting targets and securing deals whilst building an excellent rapport with all clients and as a result, client loyalty becomes inevitable.
