Hello. I’m an experienced Senior Account Director and Creative Producer who started their career client side before being seduced by the creative industry and finding my true passion in life – FMCG brands and retail. I’m logical and methodical and a great believer that the devil is in the detail. I balance this with an innate desire to deliver the very best creative solutions to client problems – be that excellence in creativity, a problematic budget, or difficult timeline – I’m open to solving any challenge that may come my way. Always curious and a ‘sleeves rolled up’ kind of person, with a determination to deliver excellence every time.

Working with strategists to ensure the heart of the brand is communicated through all that we do, as well as managing and mentoring junior staff.   • My role of Creative Producer was created in recognition of my skills in interrogating and interpreting client briefs to ensure the creative product met not only with the business and brand strategies of our clients, but also in line with their timelines and budgets. Working with a team of Client Services representatives, as well as senior creatives, I would define all briefs to ensure all elements were easily translated into language that a creative would appreciate and understand. I was also responsible for refining the working process within the business that would determine the correct creative response to a brief, team planning and building contacts within the illustrative, photographic, copy-writing and font creation communities. During my time in this role, I also had the immense pleasure of working with clients such as Weber-Stephens Barbecues and Grills, Ribena, RJ Reynolds (includes distilling the Camel brand direction and guidelines, as well as using design to get the brand ready for FDA legislation across packaging) and Pall Mall and Winston cigarette brands.

  • As Account Director for the Global McDonald's brand, it was my sincerest pleasure to work with a team of highly talented marketeers and creatives to bring the brand story of this iconic brand to life across packaging. Starting with the strategy and finally executing packaging graphics works in markets such as the US, Canada, Asia, Europe and the Pacific and creating a global packaging system for adoption across 118 countries worldwide. Complete areas that I had the pleasure of assisting in are: Global Packaging - Quality Packaging - working with the Global Brand team to bring the story of 'Good Food Fast' to customers worldwide on packaging. Creating and managing a food shoot in 5 countries and producing over 700 images for use on all media as well as managing the creation of a bespoke font for the brand. I also worked with the marketing team to create 'Brand Workshop' documentation as well as ensuring the strategic direction of the works remained intact as well as managing a team of three account managers in the production of all graphics and product stories across the Asia, Middle East and Africa region. The re-energizing of the McDonald's Hamburger University brand - including the creation of brand architecture, brand vision, brand language (visual and verbal), and finally culminating in the production of brand guidelines for use across the McDonald's company worldwide.
