    Responsibilities: • Establishing a national employer brand for BMI Healthcare: - Initiated and wrote a project scope based on known business and recruitment challenges. - Working with Director of People and Performance to establish recruitment challenges and therefore key target audience. - Organised and attended employee discovery days with key audience groups across the UK in order to understand employee sentiment. - Created a unique value proposition based on the discovery days. - Presented employee sentiment and value proposition to senior leadership team in order to gain approval. - Created a brief for internal design team to generate four creative concepts. - Presented the four creative concepts to senior leadership team for decision. - Written and launched an internal communications campaign based on the “Grow with us” concept. - Project managed the pre-production, filming, production and delivery of the “Grow with us” campaign videos. - Creation and delivery of online assets such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, careers website, Google paid adverts and email. - Creation and delivery of offline assets such as job adverts, curve banner, pull up banner and brochures assets. - Writing copy, ensuring brand is for launch of new careers site • Managing a £2.5 million national and regional budget (head count, travel and expenses and marketing) and reporting to Head of Finance monthly: - Head count (77 roles): forecasting and monitoring all roles including contractors and temporary workers on excel. - Travel and expense: creating a detailed spreadsheet to include year vs year and month vs year measures on excel so that regional heads (x3) can manage spend. - Marketing: monitoring spend monthly on excel to ensure minimize overspend and forecasting spend month vs year. • Analysis of competitor annual and industry reports and sharing information to inform marketing planning for FY17-18 (Oct 17-Sept 18): - Using excel to analyse the % of revenue per specialty and payor group (pay for yourself, NHS choose and book and private medical insurance). - Interpreting industry and consumer reports such as the Mintel report and providing recommendations. • Assessing partnership opportunities with “Big White Wall” (online mental health community) and providing recommendations – Based on my recommendations the partnership was approved. • Assisted National Product Managers in executing campaigns (Pay for yourself & Looking after your joints). • Reviewing Cancer Care hub and providing recommendations driven by Google Analytics. Key achievements: • Delivered a national employer brand for BMI Healthcare. • As a result of my recommendation, a partnership with Big White Wall was established.

    Responsibilities: • Develop successful marketing support plans for priority branches (44 branches) to drive new lead and member acquisitions (approx. 1,500 new members) • Leveraged the following corporate sponsorships through online (Facebook, email, landing pages and third-party sites) and offline (event activations) marketing: - Football South Coast and negotiated the sponsorship. As a result, I generated approx. 350 new members over a period of 4 months. - Sunset Cinemas (4 locations): generated approx. 200 new members over a period of 2 months. - Initiated and ran a successful marketing and PR campaign for a local charity partnership to help feed 400 families in the Illawarra ahead of Christmas 2015 by holding food collections in 14 branches. 1,500 food items were collected as a result. Key achievement: - Increased per annum new members to 2,000 from 1,000 within 9 months. - Nomination for the CEO Award for Excellence at IMB Bank in December 2015.
